Hello everyone and welcome to my new blog spot. I am very excited about this new year and really hope all of you are looking to make some great change too. This is a brand new decade ahead of us with limitless possibilities. Everywhere you look someone is talking about 2012 and what might happen but clearly no one really knows the future. I do know the present and I can tell you that we are in full control over what we do at this very moment. We are in complete control of our futures as long as we make the right decisions now.
The hardest decision we must make is how we consume and what we need to do to change it. It will be of the hardest things we will ever do, but at the same time the most rewarding. We will find the sickness and di-ease of our times peel away as we live the healthier more vibrant lives that we were intended. With every dollar we spend we are making a vote to the manufacturers and big box stores about what we want. In return they make more and more marketing changes to make us consume more of their empty calorie frankenstein food. The time is now for us to bring a stop to this mindless and senseless abuse of our time. You got it I said time not money. We can always make more money but we cannot make more time. When it's gone it's gone. Time is the one of the most valuable resources that we possess. Unfortunately we squander our time daily and complain about the dis-ease that we feel because of it. We all work very hard for our money and seem to not care about the quality of what we buy or the cost of that dollar. Remember the time that you take to make money is gone so instead of buying food or products that are empty valued why not buy things that will make us healthier and happier. I know it is so easy to be bad especially with the holidays right under our feet as I type.
So all that I ask is that we take the time every day this next year and next decade to make the best choices for ourselves. To not waste the time we take away from our lives and families and wast it on empty valued foods and junk. Instead we are going to stand up and take the power back into our lives. We are going to let the big manufacturers and box stores know that we will be making some changes and they will have to accommodate us or else. Remember we control our future and we have every advantage to take control. We must be the change that we want to see in this world for all generations to come.
